Nancy Geils and her husband Bill has been successfully investing in real estate for over ten years and has experience in wholesaling, pre-foreclosures, lease options, rehabbing, auctions, short sales, creative financing, and buy and hold investments.

Nancy is a native of Trumbull, CT and graduated from Sacred Heart University before entering the corporate world with GTE as Marketing Specialist. It did not take her long to realize that working 70+ hours a week for someone else would not fulfill her dreams of helping others while at the same time designing the lifestyle she envisioned.

Answer: You will receive an email reminder with phone number and access code each week.

Question: How do I see the Power Point Presentation online?

Answer: you will receive an email reminder from GoToMeeting with a link to the PowerPoint presentation online. You will listen via phone and view via the internet. That way, you get the visual but can still move around and hear the training!

Question: Do I need to attend every call?

Answer: Great question. While it's not mandatory that you MUST call in every week, you are highly encouraged to do so. Think of this training series as a 'Masters Degree' in real estate investing. Missing one week or even one minute could cost you thousands.

Question: If I just can't make a call, is there any way for me to make it up or re-listen?

Answer: Yes, every call will uploaded to this back office area following the completion of the call. If you miss a call simply visit this page and you can re-listen to the call anytime, but make sure you check back as soon as you can as each recording will only stay available for 24 hours and after that period will be taken down to make space on our servers.
